My strength has always been sales - understanding people, communicating value clearly, and moving ideas from concept to action. I started my career in Los Angeles and New York, where fast-paced markets taught me how to build relationships, handle tough conversations, and close deals under pressure.

I grew up around real estate, which gave me an early foundation in reading people and navigating high-stakes transactions. That experience later helped me build ZMD, a real-estate advisory firm focused on land sourcing and development strategy for data center operators.

Across materials, infrastructure, and technology, I’ve built a track record of taking early-stage ideas and turning them into something clients and investors can trust. I’ve raised capital for multiple startups; both my own and others - helping founders refine their story, position their value clearly, and close meaningful conversations with angels, VCs, and strategic partners.

Today, I lead two companies in climate and digital infrastructure, overseeing go-to-market, partnerships, and business development. These roles keep me grounded in what founders actually struggle with: fundraising, positioning, building trust, and executing when the pressure is real.
